Jay "Diamondheart" Hoeffer
Jay Hoeffer is an ordained Shamanic Minister and Certified Shamanic Breathwork facilitator by the Venus Rising Association for Transformation. He has completed and continues to apprentice the Shamanic Priest Process, created by Brad Collins and taught by Grandfather Mowgli (Gary Matthews). He is a founding member of a men’s circle that has been meeting regularly since 2019. Jay holds the master level Reiki attunements and has been a student of yoga, meditation, and spiritual growth for over 25 years. He regularly attends sweat lodges and has served as rock carrier and fire tender.
The name of Jay’s personal spiritual path is Diamondheart, reflecting his love for witnessing the beautiful and valuable heart within each of us and within Mother Earth. His mission is to support connection to the inner shaman that is innate within each person, and to be a catalyst for healing and growth.
He approaches facilitation, counseling, and ceremony with curiosity, powerful gentleness, and the knowledge that transformation is not only possible but also inevitable. He facilitates shamanic drum journeys, Shamanic Breathwork, retreats, workshops, and other ceremonies to open doors to direct revelation of guidance, insight, transformation, and healing.
He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with Maria Hoeffer and their two children.
