Ireland West Camino Scholarship
Pilgrims helping pilgrims on the journey!

The Ireland West Camino Scholarship fund was started in the fall of 2024 by several pilgrims who walked the pilgrimage that same year. They wanted to help allow the pilgrimage to be more affordable to people of all economic backgrounds - and the accommodations in Ireland on the pilgrimage are still very high as compared to accommodations for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. In the spirit of community, fellowship and reciprocity, between funds donated by previous pilgrims and funds raised at the door for the documentary screenings, in 2024 and 2025 we were able to provide over $5,120.00 of scholarship money for pilgrims in 2025, helping 7 out of 23 pilgrims join the fellowship.
If you have been moved or impacted by the experience you have had while walking on the Ireland West Camino, or cannot physically do the walk but would enjoy helping another potential pilgrim join the pilgrimage, please consider donating via the button below:

Please send us a note if your donation is for someone in particular (provide their name), or for a specific group of people (ie. single mothers, young women, single fathers, or other underrepresented groups). 100% of your donation will go to the intended person after PayPal fees. To avoid fees, consider a Venmo or check donation (email Jeremy for more information):
